BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3 Ver.1.1.0 for macOS

PREPARING IN ADVANCE TO USE BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3
  1. BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3 must be used in combination with KATANA System Program Ver.1.06 or later.
  2. Before you use BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3, the appropriate USB driver for the product you’re using must be installed on your computer.

DOWNLOADING AND UNARCHIVING THE COMPRESSED FILE
  1. Read the Software License Agreement at the bottom of this screen and tick the "I Agree..." checkbox.
  2. Click the "Download" button to download the installer.
  3. Double-click the downloaded zipped file to unzip it.

INSTALLING THE APP
  1. Double-click "BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3 Installer (.pkg)" in the unzipped folder.
  2. The installer starts. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.

LAUNCHING THE APP
  1. Use a USB cable to connect the KATANA to your computer, and then turn on the power of the KATANA.
    *Do not use a USB cable that is designed only for charging a device. Charge-only cables cannot transmit data.
  2. Go to Launchpad or Application/BOSS/KATANA folder and double-click "BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Gen3 (.app)".
