BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA Mk II Ver.2.1.0 for macOS

PREPARING IN ADVANCE TO USE BOSS TONE STUDIO FOR KATANA MkII
Before you use TONE STUDIO, the appropriate USB driver for the product you’re using must be installed on your computer.

Change the specification

DOWNLOAD AND EXPAND THE ARCHIVE FILE
  1. Read the Software License Agreement at the bottom of this page and tick the "I Agree..." checkbox.
  2. Click the "Download" button to download the BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA MkII installer (bts_katana2_m210.zip).
  3. Double-click the downloaded zipped file to unzip it.
HOW TO INSTALL
  1. Double-click "BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA MkII Installer.pkg" in the unzipped folder.
    -The installer starts.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.
STARTING THE APPLICATION
  1. Connect KATANA MkII and Mac with USB cable.
  2. Turn on the KATANA MkII.
  3. Go to "Applications" and open the "BOSS" folder, then double-click "BOSS TONE STUDIO for KATANA MkII(.app)" inside the folder.
    -Selection screen of connecting device will appear for the first time you run the software. After the second time running, the device will be chosen automatically.
  4. Select KATANA and click "OK".
    *During using the application, if a message prompting you to allow access appears, click "OK".
    *The device can be changed from the DEVICE SETTING.

*An Internet connection is necessary to access BOSS TONE CENTRAL content and to update the BOSS TONE STUDIO. Some connection services may require an extra packet communication fee.
*This software has been found to work on typical computers that meet the above requirements, but we do not guarantee that it will run on all such computers. Please be aware that differences in design or conditions of use may produce differences in the processing power of otherwise similar computers.
