Gigcaster8 GCS-8 Preset Audio Data for SOUND PAD
* This data is the audio data for the SOUND PAD included with the GCS-8 when shipped from the factory.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO IMPORT
- GCS-8
- USB cable
* The import is carried out with the unit and the computer connected via USB.
* Provide a cable suitable for connection to the computer you're using. - Computer (Windows or Mac) equipped with a USB port compliant with USB 2.0 or USB 3.0.
GETTING THE FILE
Please open/extract the downloaded "gcs8_preset_v100.zip" file on your computer to get the "gcs8_preset_v100" folder.

PROCEDURE FOR THE IMPORT
Please import the extracted file into your GCS-8 according to the following procedure.
- Push [ POWER ] switch. Then it will turn on.
- Push [ MENU ] switch of display. Then open MENU screen.
- Push [ SETUP ] switch of display. Then open SETUP screen.
- Push [ GENERAL ] switch of display. Then open GENERAL screen.
- Push BACKUP [ EXECUTE ] switch of display to enter the backup mode.
- Connect the computer by a USB cable.
Once connected, the message "CONNECTED." appears on the display.
A "GCS-8_INT" icon (drive) appears on the computer. - Open the "GCS-8_INT" icon.
Overwrite copy (drag and drop) all the files included in the "gcs8_preset_v100" folder into the "GCS-8_INT" icon. - After the copy is complete, eject the "GCS-8_INT" icon(drive) from the computer.
[ With Windows computer ]
Right-click on the "GCS-8_INT" icon in My Computer (or the "Removable Disk (*:)" icon) and execute "Eject."
[ With Mac computer ]
Drag the "GCS-8_INT" icon to the Trush icon in the Dock. - Once the disconnection process is complete, audio data import is complete.
