DOWNLOADING AND UNARCHIVING THE COMPRESSED FILE

Read the Software License Agreement at the bottom of this screen and tick the "I Agree..." checkbox.
Click the "Download" button to download the installer.
Double-click the downloaded zipped file to unzip it.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

* This is required only on the first operation.

Click the icon while pushing the [control] key.
Select the [Open] from the displayed menu.
Click the [Open] button after the message to confirm the execution is displayed.

* During using the application, if a message prompting you to allow access appears, click [ OK ].

Roland软件 最终用户许可协议

本协议为用户（包括自然人及法人）与逻兰（上海）电子有限公司（以下简称Roland）之间订立的协议。

请在下载或安装前认真阅读本协议。如果您不同意本协议条款，请不要下载、安装或使用相关资料。如果您下载、安装或使用了相关资料，则视为您已同意本协议的所有条款。

同时，本协议的所有条款，均不含有限制包括免费软件或开源软件著作权人在内的其他著作权人（以下简称其他著作权人）所授权给用户的权利之内容。

1. 使用许可
Roland授于用户在由用户本人所拥有或管理下的个人计算机、乐器产品或其他设备（以下简称设备）上，使用与本协议一同获取的Roland软件产品（以下简称本软件）的使用权（供私人使用的、非排他性和不可转让的使用权）。

2. 著作权
本软件的著作权为Roland或其他著作权人所有保有，并受中华人民共和国著作权法以及国际条约保护。本协议中未规定的各项权利均由Roland或其他著作权人完全保留。本软件的著作权等知识产权不向用户转移。

3. 使用限制
（a）用户不得对本软件以及著作权表示的部分、或全部内容通过修改、变更、反编译、逆向工程、反汇编等方式进行二次创作。
（b）用户不得对第三方授权二次使用、销售、发布、租赁或转让本软件。
（c）用户不得因任何目的复制本软件。用户因尝试复制本软件所发生的损害，Roland不承担任何责任。

3.2 开放源代码软件和其他第三方软件
（a）本软件可能会使用开放源代码软件和其他第三方软件(以下简称为"OSS等")。
（b）如上一段所述的“OSS等”，将受到开放源代码软件等许可 (以下简称为"OSS许可")的限制，您应当遵守该“OSS许可”。
（c）如果本许可协议的条款与“OSS许可”的条款有任何差异，则差异部分应当以“OSS许可”的表述为准，本许可协议的条款将不再适用。

4. 限制保证 
Roland、Roland关联公司、其代理经销商（以下简称Roland等）针对本软件的错误、漏洞等问题、以及对商品性或特定目的的适配，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。

5. 责任限制
(a) Roland等针对本软件的使用、或无法使用所发生的直接的、派生的、附随的、或间接的损害（包括但不限于丢失数据、其他的金钱损失等），除法律规定应当归责于本公司的事由外，无论通常损害或特别损害，不承担任何责任。上述条款，也同样适用于Roland可能在事前已知晓损害发生的可能性之情形。
(b) Roland等针对本软件的错误、漏洞等缺陷不负有修正义务。
(c)Roland等对用户在使用本软件时与第三方之间产生的争议不承担任何责任。 当发生争议时，应当由Roland等以外的直接当事方自行解决。

6. 协议解除
如用户违反本协议，则本协议将自动中止并解除。如遭受损害，Roland等有权向用户追索赔偿。在此情况下，用户必须立即停止使用本软件，并删除本软件的所有拷贝、副本。

7. 准据法
(a) 本协议准据法为中华人民共和国国内法。但是与法律准据有关的通则法除外。
(b) 本协议中的部分条款因法律规定无效的情况下，其他条款的效力仍然存续。
(c) 因本协议履行所发生的Roland等与用户之间的争议，应当由Roland与用户以诚意协商解决。协商不成的，应当起诉至上海市浦东新区人民法院。

8. 本协议的变更
Roland有权因任何理由变更本协议条款。变更后的本协议，自Roland在互联网页面上表示之时点起生效。用户在本协议变更生效后使用本软件的，视为同意本协议变更后的所有条款。
